Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Position Objective** Maintain the availability of plant and critical service equipment, operating and maintaining it at the lowest possible cost while always complying with applicable regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical, safety, and environmental industries. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure the supply of distilled water, deionized water, soft water, raw water, chilled water, steam, compressed air, and gases (nitrogen and oxygen) by managing assigned equipment to guarantee its proper operation, reliability, and availability; and ensure compliance with NOM-059 regarding water and ambient air quality. * Reduce maintenance and General Services costs * Develop improvement projects for General Services equipment * Measure the effectiveness of Predictive Maintenance * Ensure continuity and follow-up on departmental work plans Experience Maintenance and operation of HVAC equipment, chillers, steam generators, stills, boilers, electrical substations, cooling towers, and water treatment plants. \- 3 years Personnel management. \- 2 years Natural gas distribution systems. \- 3 years Knowledge * Industrial Maintenance * Water treatment systems. * Refrigeration, compressed air, steam, and industrial electrical systems. * Environmental regulations (STPS, NOM-059 FEUM, NATURAL GAS, AND WASTEWATER DISCHARGES) Education Bachelor's Degree At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
