* Execute procurement plans, complete purchasing tasks as scheduled, and ensure timely availability of materials.
* Monitor order fulfillment, resolve delivery schedule anomalies, and drive suppliers to make on-time deliveries.
* Conduct procurement negotiations, negotiating terms such as prices, delivery schedules, and payment conditions within authorized limits.
* Manage procurement documentation processing, data entry into the system, and reconciliation tasks.
* Resolve anomalies in received materials, track suppliers’ corrective actions, and follow up on non-quality-related issues.
* Collect market trend and pricing information to support cost analysis.
* Manage daily communication and coordination with suppliers.
* Perform other procurement support tasks assigned by management.
Experience and requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or materials control, with thorough knowledge of the procurement lifecycle.
* Demonstrated execution capability and accountability, with proven ability to drive efficient order fulfillment.
* Negotiation skills and cost sensitivity.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and office software.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to handle moderate work pressure.
* Basic English proficiency.
* Residency in Saltillo.
