A company driven by its people. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed bachelor’s degree. * English proficiency preferred. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and charts). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of and experience with time and motion study tools, as well as continuous improvement methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Track action plans for process and project implementation. * Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for operational improvement. * Prepare and present operational performance indicator reports. * Monitor and control departmental KPIs to ensure goal attainment. * Deliver and/or coordinate training on departmental systems for relevant personnel.
