We seek a professional with experience operating plastic injection molding machines, capable of supervising and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of injection equipment, as well as skills to resolve technical problems and improve production efficiency. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, supervising the plastic injection process and ensuring products meet quality standards. You will be responsible for making machine adjustments, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborating with the production team to resolve any issues arising during the manufacturing process. Prior experience operating plastic injection equipment is required, along with teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing technical challenges. The ability to analyze production data and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs will be valued.
