To ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and control for personnel, guaranteeing legal, tax, and administrative compliance, as well as timely employee support. Main Responsibilities Preparation and processing of payroll (weekly and/or biweekly). Calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. Monitoring and application of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations). Procedures with IMSS. Calculation and payment of contributions or benefits. Management of SUA and IDSE. Employee support regarding payroll-related inquiries. Safeguarding and control of confidential documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (graduated or near graduation). Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables preferred). Experience with payroll systems. High sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
