Generating comparative reports for General Management and Commercial Management. **GRUPO PLASTICO is seeking an Administrative Analyst in Iztacalco, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A prominent plastic industry distributor is looking for an **ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST** to timely consolidate sales information, ensuring its reliability for sustaining commercial flow and supporting decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage information in the SAP system, including order entry and maintaining up-to-date status of customers and prospects. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (by salesperson), detailing tons, amounts, delivery notes, credit memos, and cancellations. * Reconcile sales data with the Credit and Collections department, tracking delivered orders and pending releases. * Analyze departmental KPIs to propose strategies ensuring timely achievement of results and targets. * Generate comparative reports and management indicators for General Management and Commercial Management. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * **Age:** 25 to 35 years old. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP). * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * *Preferred:* Basic knowledge of plastic resins. * Customer attention and service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Affinity and enthusiasm for sales. **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary up to $16,000 MXN (take-home pay) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * **Location:** Iztacalco, Granjas México neighborhood * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Plastics *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ea84693300003000f8578d\&source\=indeed*
