**Date posted:** April 1, 2026 **Pay:** $11\-$12 USD per hour Job description: Job Title: Remote Patient Coordinator (Full\-Time \| U.S.) Job Overview We are a growing U.S.\-based medical practice seeking a full\-time Remote Patient Statement Representative to handle patient billing inquiries and statements. This is a patient\-facing role, so strong English communication and the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations is essential. You will be responsible for helping patients understand their statements, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities \- Handle patient calls, messages, and emails regarding billing statements, schedule and other clinical concerns \- Clearly explain patient balances in a simple and professional manner \- Review accounts for: Insurance processing Adjustments and balances \-Apply approved adjustments based on company policy \- De\-escalate frustrated or confused patients \-Escalate: Fraud complaints High\-balance concerns Complex cases Scheduling concerns \- Accurately document all interactions Requirements (MUST HAVE) \- Experience with U.S. medical billing \- Strong understanding of: EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) Patient responsibility \- Fluent English (clear speaking and writing) \- Experience handling patient calls or customer service \- Ability to stay calm under pressure \- Detail\-oriented and organized Preferred Experience \- eClinicalWorks (ECW) \- CRM or call systems Work Schedule \- Full\-time (40 hours/week) \- Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) Compensation $11\- 12 /hour (based on experience) \- Long\-term opportunity What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Communicates clearly and professionally Can explain complex information simply Can handle difficult conversations calmly Is reliable and detail\-oriented How to Apply Please include: Your experience with U.S. medical billing Your experience handling patient calls Your answer to the screening question above Notes This is a patient\-facing role — communication is more important than technical skills Only apply if you are confident in speaking with U.S. patients Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $205\.00 \- $225\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
