A well-established national legal and juridical consulting firm is seeking a **Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health.** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory). * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in Labor Law. * Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Knowledge of the Social Security Law (SSL). * Familiarity with Official Mexican Standards (NOM) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. * Familiarity with Official Mexican Standards (NOM) issued by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Health. * Specialization in Safety and Hygiene. Responsibilities: * Participate in sessions related to the development plan designed and approved by Management, aiming to contribute to and reinforce knowledge and learning among junior executives in the occupational safety and health area. * Support the Coordination team in routine or extraordinary tasks, as well as in reviewing documents and activities performed by junior executives, providing feedback and preventing future errors within preventive and corrective services related to occupational safety and hygiene. * Assist the Coordination team in training newly hired attorneys within their area, ensuring they understand and master minimum theoretical and practical knowledge regarding tasks they perform, with emphasis on preventive and corrective approaches to occupational safety and hygiene. * Maintain proper control and records of routine client activities assigned for service, executing each activity within the specified timeframe according to the occupational safety and health department’s work plans. * Support the Coordination team in carrying out assigned preventive and corrective activities related to occupational safety and hygiene, assisting senior executives. * Attend to clients assigned to you, ensuring effective resolution of each of their preventive and corrective needs concerning occupational safety and hygiene; for this purpose, you may seek support from the Coordination team or more senior attorneys. * Identify clients’ occupational health and safety needs to establish an optimal and customized work plan that ensures high compliance levels for the client, thereby minimizing and eliminating risks within their organization. **Skills:** * Legal analysis and research. * Discipline and teamwork. * Assertive communication and negotiation. * Work ethics and adaptability. * Courtesy and capacity for learning. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Monthly bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
