Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Intern to support training, internal communication, database updates, and events. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to collaborate in a Graphic Arts environment A leading company with extensive experience in the Graphic Arts industry is looking for: An Organizational Development Intern REQUIREMENTS: *Education: Preferably a student of Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy. *Preferably with knowledge of training and internal communication. *Proficiency in Excel (Databases and Pivot Tables) RESPONSIBILITIES: *Assist in developing and delivering training programs. *Update databases. *Modify job descriptions. *Support for events. *Filing. *Internal communication (birthdays, new hires, etc.). *Other related tasks. WE OFFER: *Financial stipend: $1,250 per week *Work location: Naucalpan de Juárez, 10 minutes from Cuatro Caminos metro station and Plaza Toreo. *Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
