Job Summary: Grupo Castores is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise daily transportation operations, coordinate vehicles, ensure deliveries, monitor routes, and manage the fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily transportation operations and coordinate vehicles 2. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and monitor routes using GPS 3. Manage fleet and supervise driver and coordinator performance GRUPO CASTORES IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AS: *OPERATIONS MANAGER* Work Location: CEDIS LIVERPOOL CASTORES RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise daily transportation operations - Coordinate vehicle departures and arrivals - Ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Monitor routes via GPS - Manage fleet and vehicle availability - Supervise driver and coordinator performance - Follow up on operational incidents - Review performance indicators (KPIs) - Address customer requests and complaints - Validate documentation: Waybills, Evidence, Logs, Invoicing - Implement corrective and disciplinary actions - Train and develop operational staff - Prepare operational and executive reports - Coordinate with departments: Traffic, Monitoring, Security, Maintenance, Credit and Collections. - Evaluate vehicle productivity - Manage achievement of monthly objectives. - Participate in internal audits and reviews. - Develop continuous improvement plans for operations Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM (Sunday off) Benefits: - Statutory benefits. - Savings fund. - Social security and life insurance. - Career growth opportunities. - Direct employment contract with Grupo Castores. - Monthly gross salary (tax-free). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, operative, operational
