Opportunity for professional development in the healthcare sector. **Job Objective** Provide general support in plant operational activities related to metallurgical processes—including sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly, area cleaning, basic tool handling, and internal logistics support—ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards required for manufacturing furniture and equipment for the healthcare sector. ***1. Main Responsibilities*** * Assist in loading and unloading of materials (sheet metal, tubing, profiles, cut and finished parts). * Move materials within the plant following supervisor instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness according to 5S standards in assigned area. * Assist in simple material preparation tasks: deburring, part cleaning, labeling, and organizing. * Support operators in processes such as: * CNC laser cutting (material feeding and removal). * Sheet metal or tube bending (part arranging and receiving). * Welding (part preparation, clamping, pre-cleaning). * Component assembly and fitting. ***2. Technical Competencies*** * Basic use of hand tools (grinder, drill, tape measure, file, caliper). * Basic knowledge of metallurgical materials: sheet metal, tubing, stainless steel. * Basic understanding of measurements and ability to interpret simple supervisor instructions. * Basic forklift operation (optional, if applicable). * Knowledge of basic industrial safety standards. ***3.
