Requirements Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related degree. Minimum experience: 5 years of verifiable experience as Workshop Manager or Fleet Supervisor. Experience in maintenance of corporate and delivery vehicles. Knowledge in: Preventive and corrective automotive maintenance. Mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic diagnostics. Vehicle breakdown assistance and on-route failure response. Spare parts control, inventory management, and work order administration. Supervision and management of workshop personnel.
