Promoting continuous improvement and process management We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our team at Royal Diamond México. Essential Requirements • Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles in quality consulting or quality management. (Knowledge of coatings, physicochemical analysis, 5S, and Good Laboratory Practices). • Proven track record in implementing and certifying ISO 9001. Responsibilities: • Conduct internal and external audits and coordinate certification processes. • Develop training programs and promote continuous improvement. • Maintain documentation and processes up to date. • Create manufacturing and packaging orders in the system. • Perform quality controls (laboratory) on finished products and raw materials. • Verify calibration of scales and maintenance of laboratory equipment. • Record information in Quality Control Logs for each production batch. • Reconcile physical batches of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished products (FP), and samples. • Manage disposal of hazardous and municipal solid waste. Skills: • Attention to detail and analytical ability. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of continuous improvement and processes.
