We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where the professional and personal growth of our employees is a priority. **We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant** Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Finance (degree holder required) 2 years of experience in similar roles or accounts receivable Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (assessment will be administered) Responsibilities: · Preparation of requests required by institutions. · Preparation of necessary information for structuring funding lines. · Keeping SOLUFI’s information up-to-date for delivery to institutions upon request. · Monitoring compliance with covenants. · Preparation of reports as stipulated by each institution. · Monitoring, administration, and supervision of granted guarantees. · Maintenance and supervision of granted guarantees on the RUG portal. · Registration and tracking of funder payment compliance in the system. · Notifications to clients regarding funding operations. · Reconciliation of accounts related to funder operations.
