In this opportunity, we seek to hire a motivated Junior Planner eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and continuously expanding industry. JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure finished product availability by adhering to the needs, priorities, and requirements of production programs and optimal finished goods inventory levels. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: - Issue and update weekly production orders - Ensure bulk distribution according to finished product requirements - Issue and update made-to-order production orders and distribution - Track production orders through completion - Enter production orders - Generate stock status reports - Update and modify distributions as needed - Support the procurement department by reporting shortages/delays - Generate packaging and labeling reports - Participate in container inventory level reviews - Provide information on missing product status - Follow up on internal customer requests. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields preferred - Knowledge of administrative areas - Analytical ability and numerical aptitude - Administrative experience (1 year) - Intermediate Office software proficiency WE OFFER: + Base salary: $12,000. monthly nominal + Direct employment contract with the company + 100% IMSS registration + Subsidized cafeteria + 13% food vouchers + 6% savings fund contribution + Attendance bonus + Punctuality bonus + 30-day year-end bonus + 15 vacation days for the 1st and 2nd year + Additional 4 vacation days + 35% vacation premium + Profit sharing + Life insurance Workplace: Calle Tabachin 1254, Col.
