Position Summary: Supervises and trains personnel, administers the implementation of manufacturing procedures, and ensures product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. We invite you to join our team as: · Junior Supervisor for production areas. · Position Objective: Administer and instruct personnel under your supervision on the application of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment operation; and verify product completion according to requested specifications. · Requirements for Joining: Gender: Unspecified Education: Technical Superior University (TSU) or Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position Availability for shift rotation and ease of commute to Balvanera Industrial Park · Knowledge: Scheduling daily work, establishing priorities and sequence. Directing and organizing process materials. Planning, organizing, and executing assigned work orders, and generating required reports for plant management.
