Active students (one year or more until graduation) in Architecture or related fields.
General Description
Responsible for developing conceptualizations and designs using 3D simulation and rendering software.
Up to the preliminary design stage, generating specifications and necessary documentation to enable a complete project quotation, as well as a general project estimate for approval.
Responsible for executing projects related to modifications or implementations that directly impact BRP’s building infrastructure, all while adhering to corporate design and quality guidelines and standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and conceptualize construction projects that address company needs, considering company health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Propose and create visual materials to support alignment among key stakeholders in decision-making and thereby define the overall project scope.
Provide aesthetically pleasing and functional designs, as well as efficient solutions for spaces requiring modification or implementation.
Comply with applicable municipal regulations and building codes for all design proposals implemented in BRP buildings.
Project dashboard tracking.
Budget analysis and updates to identify risks and opportunities.
Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Responsible for executing assigned projects while consistently meeting H\&S expectations, quality standards, defined scope, timelines, and budget.
Effective and efficient management of contractors and suppliers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Education
Basic to intermediate English
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
Proficiency in realistic visualization and editing software.
