Import and Export Specialist
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as an Import and Export Specialist. (Mandatory).
* Proficiency in handling documentation (customs entries, invoices, certificates, etc.).
* Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export processes. (Mandatory).
* Knowledge of IMMEX program. (Mandatory).
* Intermediate\-advanced English (desirable).
* Willingness to travel (occasional).

Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipments.
Coordinate customs clearance with external agents.
Track import documentation to prevent customs delays and errors.
Validate proformas, invoices, and bills of lading to meet customs requirements.
Notify warehouses upon container arrival to plan warehouse deliveries and avoid congestion.
Update tracking blocks for control and traceability of each container to ensure timely customs clearance.
Record paid customs entries in batches for control and traceability of the PECE account.
Coordinate and assign land transportation for customs clearance, including last-mile delivery.
Verify preliminary cost estimates and logistics expenses.
Assign goods to destination warehouses.
Prepare and submit arrival batches.
