Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Capital Generalist to support all area processes—from talent acquisition to personnel management and training. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in Human Capital processes as an HR Generalist 2. Conducting interviews for operational and managerial positions 3. Managing personnel and requirements both on-site and remotely A market-leading company in construction finishes, with presence in Mexico City, State of Mexico, and various states across the Mexican Republic, operating for 67 years. We seek a new team member to support all Human Capital processes as an HR Generalist. The required competencies are: \* Talent acquisition. \* Personnel management and administration. \* Staff training. \* Assertive communication. \* Conflict resolution. \* Adaptability. \* Confidentiality and professional ethics. \* Service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: \* Conduct competency-based interviews for positions ranging from operational to managerial levels. \* Administer and interpret psychometric assessments. \* Compile personnel files. \* Manage employment contracts. \* Onboarding and institutional orientation. \* General employee support (e.g., incidents, payroll inquiries, medical leaves, etc.). \* Manage personnel and their needs both on-site and remotely (visiting sales points 2 or 3 times per week). \* Prepare employment-related documents. \* Manage staff training programs. \* Distribute uniforms and work tools. \* Support institutional events. \* Assist with labor relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology or Business Administration (intern or graduate). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Residence near the area is preferred. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $15,000, paid biweekly on time. Direct employment contract with the company. Statutory benefits. Profit-sharing.
