We are currently seeking an **Extrusion Operator** for a Mexican company dedicated to plastic manufacturing. **Job Objective** Prepare, operate, and oversee extrusion molding machines for thermoplastic or metallic materials to produce pipes, rods, hoses, cables, bars, or structural shapes. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate extrusion machinery correctly. * Handle raw materials and packaging to ensure proper machine operation. * Maintain established production levels. * Keep the machine in optimal operating condition. * Comply with good manufacturing practices. * Participate in problem analysis and decision-making. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned operational area. * Communicate consistently with the work team (assistants, production supervisor). * Meet the production schedule. * Ensure correct completion of product traceability forms (production report, operating conditions, daily log). * Train or provide feedback to subordinates and assign tasks. * Complete required records or forms for the position. * Maintain effective communication with support departments (quality, maintenance, warehouses). * Record waste and implement actions to reduce it. * Actively participate in company-provided training courses. * Properly package and identify products. **Requirements** * Experience: 3 years in a similar position. * Education: High school diploma (or equivalent). * Knowledge of bubble extrusion (monolayer, trilayer, and high-density) and general resins (low- and high-density). * Continuous improvement mindset; proactive and solution-oriented. * Dynamic, organized, and leadership-capable. Teamwork skills, focus on conflict resolution. * * Honesty and commitment to the company. **We Offer** * Weekly salary: $3,000 \+ $150 bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, 15 days’ year-end bonus, 12 vacation days, and 25% vacation premium.
