Order Management: Assign resources and track advances, reimbursements, and deviations. Resource Administration: Verify availability of units/trailers and coordinate maintenance. Monitoring and Communication: Maintain contact with operators and customers, and monitor operations to ensure route compliance. Document Control: Validate order stamping, waybills, and reports on customer portals. Incident Management: Report administrative, road safety, or operational incidents. Shift Handover: Prepare detailed reports to ensure operational continuity. Safety and Best Practices: Promote safe driving habits. Customer Service: Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers. Requirements: Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation.
