Acuña, Coahuila **Quality Engineer** Ensure product quality based on PACCAR / PKC specifications, drawings, and requirements. Maintain IATF\-16949 certification by administering the elements assigned to each plant department and implementing new elements according to updates in regulatory requirements, delivering necessary training to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities * Record customer complaint information in the Customer Complaint System so that customers are aware of corrective actions. Administer and coordinate corrective actions timely and effectively within the plant. * Improve First Time Through (FTT) data collection, processing, and corrective actions. Implement preventive actions based on internal Quality function data. * Inform the plant about customer complaints so all involved personnel are aware and appropriate personnel participate depending on the part number’s functional area. * Analyze customer-returned harnesses to determine root cause of returned products. * Report quality goal trends to the plant staff to enable necessary actions or recognition activities for personnel. * Deliver training to prevent recurrence of quality issues with customers. * Ensure implementation and execution of corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement and participate in related projects. * Coordinate and supervise the metrology department.
