It works closely with plant personnel and management to implement and maintain compliance with legal and corporate HSE standards. Its mission is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and zero defects in environmental and safety performance. **What You Can Expect as an EHS Specialist:** * Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the corporate HSE management system. * Assist in developing and applying HSE policies and procedures in accordance with legal and corporate requirements. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of controls for safety and environment. * Participate in HSE committees and support emergency response procedures across all plants. * Collaborate on audits, inspections, and investigations of accidents and incidents. * Deliver HSE training and follow up on its implementation. * Manage documentation and chemical safety systems, including safety data sheets. * Support waste management and promote a strong HSE culture within the plant. **Your Profile as an HSE Specialist:** * Industrial, Environmental, or Occupational Health and Safety Engineering degree, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in HSE within the automotive industry. * Basic-to-intermediate level of English. * Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF, C-TPAT, OEA, and corporate systems (Blueprint, Oma, OLC). * Experience in risk assessment, emergency response, and environmental sampling procedures. * Ability to manage documentation and deliver effective training. * Capacity to collaborate across departments and foster a safety culture. **Why Choose ZF in Santa Rosa?** * Attractive salary and compensation package. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
