Proposal of improvements in documentary and logistical processes **Job Description** We are seeking an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional responsible for validating and controlling documentation in transportation operations, ensuring accurate information reconciliation and incident follow-up. **Key Responsibilities and Skills** * Review and validation of transportation documentation (invoices, delivery notes, PODs). * Analysis and reconciliation of information among invoices, orders, and goods receipts. * Identification of discrepancies in quantities, rates, and line items. * Document management and control with focus on order and traceability. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, data cleansing). * Incident follow-up with transportation providers. * Effective communication with internal and external departments. * Proposal of improvements in documentary processes. * Working under pressure while meeting closing deadlines. * **Proactivity:** Interest in understanding logistical processes and proposing improvements. * **Working under pressure:** Meeting closing deadlines without compromising analysis quality. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (in administration, logistics, or related field). * Experience in documentary review or administrative/logistical areas. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Minimum 6 months of experience Salary: $12,709\.80 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
