MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \+ Serve customers and users promptly, courteously, and without errors at the counter and mobile cash unit \+ Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values \+ Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ Cash Policies and Procedures, and the 7S methodology \+ Safeguard cash in the secure area and adhere to bunker security measures \+ Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-queue plan \+ Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals CANDIDATE PROFILE * One year of experience in cashier roles or handling cash * Strong verbal communication skills * Passion for customer interaction * Experience in customer prospecting/cash-handling activities * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends * Integrity in performing job duties WE OFFER * Fixed weekly salary: $1,950 * Weekly commissions: $300–$1,100 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day Christmas bonus per year — increasing with seniority * Employment conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
