Job Summary: LOGYMEX is seeking a Billing Executive to manage and administer accounts receivable, ensuring reliable recordkeeping and issuance of service invoices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages collections and administers accounts receivable files. 2. Issues service invoices and maintains reliable records. 3. Requires proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge. LOGYMEX INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS 'BILLING EXECUTIVE' WE OFFER * Monthly net salary of $12,500 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, social security contributions at 100% from day one, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE) * Additional benefits Grocery vouchers ($1,000 monthly) starting from the 3rd month * Subsidized cafeteria service REQUIREMENTS * Completed bachelor’s degree; Accounting, Administration, or related field candidate preferred * Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in this position * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25 to 40 years old * 1 year experience in billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate / Advanced) * Leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability KNOWLEDGE * Basic accounting * Accounts payable management * Office software suite * Fiscal documents and requirements * SAP and WMS (Desirable) SCHEDULE * Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare fiscal and commercial documents to ensure effective collections management * Administer accounts receivable files for the organization’s clients * Maintain reliable and up-to-date records of the organization’s clients’ accounts receivable * Issue the company’s service invoices LOCATION * Tlalnepantla de Baz, Col.
