Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician or related professional with experience to record transactions, manage accounts, and support audits and inventories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting registration and control of transactions and bank reconciliations. 2. Management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring tax compliance. 3. Support in audits and inventories, organizing and reviewing documentation. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position (preferred). * Basic knowledge of general accounting. * Proficiency in Excel (basic–intermediate). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities**: *Accounting Registration and Control:* * Record accounting transactions in the system (revenues, expenditures, expenses, adjustments). * Identify inconsistencies or errors in accounting records. * Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that transactions match financial statements. * Review and record purchase invoices, service invoices, and other expense documents. * Expense verifications **Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:** * Manage accounts payable, verifying due dates to schedule timely payments to suppliers. * Review and validate payment-related documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt confirmations. * Ensure electronic invoices comply with current tax regulations, including correct digital stamping and applicable withholdings; report any errors to the responsible person for correction. **Willingness to travel to branches (Piedras Negras, Altamira, Monclova)** **Audit and Inventory Support:** * Organize and prepare documentation required for internal and external audits. * Review accounting files to guarantee their integrity and regulatory compliance.
