TLE RAMOS : OPERATOR PAYROLL ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (Degree Certificate, Letter of Completion, or Academic Transcript). Experience in payroll preparation. Proficiency in Excel. Office software skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Calculate and process operator payroll to ensure correct payment for their trips. -Perform and record operator unit resets to evaluate actual operator performance per completed routes. -Review and correct branch operator payroll to ensure accurate payroll calculation and performance evaluation. -Prepare and record pre-payroll for operators whose units are scheduled to arrive at headquarters to expedite the final payroll process. -Prepare and issue diesel vouchers requested by Operations to ensure units have sufficient fuel for their trips. -Process and report travel advances to Treasury to ensure adequate funding for each operator’s trip. -Receive and inspect the diesel tanker delivery process to ensure self-consumption supply.
