Job Description and Responsibilities
* Support the **recruitment and selection** process (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
* Prepare and update **employee files** (hiring, termination, and transfers).
* Assist with **induction and onboarding** processes.
* Track and manage **attendance, incidents, vacations, and leave requests**.
* Assist in preparing **employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents**.
* Enter and update HR-related information in HR systems.
* Address and follow up on staff inquiries.
* Support activities related to **training, workplace climate, and internal events**.
* Comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
Experience and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
* Experience handling large-scale hiring processes.
* Follow-up with new hires.
* Coordination of services such as cafeteria and transportation.
* Knowledge of TRESS, hiring/termination procedures, and payroll preparation.
* Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Basic knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)** (preferred).
