We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team in the agency’s Service Department. **Requirements:** * Preferred knowledge of auto parts and the automotive sector. * Experience in similar roles, such as claims appraiser, is valued. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized advisory and customer service to clients of the agency’s Service Department. * Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers needing to bring their vehicles into the workshop. * Prepare service and/or repair orders, providing cost estimates and turnaround times. * Manage and follow up on complaints and/or customer concerns from the service area, ensuring satisfactory resolution. * Supervise vehicle service and/or repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. * Participate in training courses offered by the Automotive Plant. **We Offer:** * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers.
