




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for sales control, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and providing administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Daily sales control and monitoring, and commercial documentation. 2. Preparation of reports and analysis of key sales indicators. 3. Administrative support and coordination with key business areas. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and Monitoring: Validate and monitor daily sales (store, executives, channels) Review accurate entry of orders, contracts, invoicing, and collections. Detect inconsistencies, errors, or deviations in sales data. Ensure compliance with current commercial policies and promotions. Analysis and Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze key indicators: sales vs. targets, average ticket, conversion rate, returns, and cancellations. Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities. Present executive-level information to Management/Directors. Commercial Area Support: Provide administrative support to sales representatives and supervisors. Resolve incidents related to pricing, promotions, or registrations. Coordinate with Finance, Credit & Collections, Warehouse, and IT Systems. Train staff on sales registration and control processes. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education - General Baccalaureate 4 years of experience Age: between 24 and 35 years Knowledge: Compliance with regulations, Analytical ability, Invoicing, Microsoft Excel, Orders, Sales tracking, Sales Keywords: analyst
