Summary: The Spare Parts Analyst manages quotations, orders, returns, and delivery timelines for spare parts, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure customer needs are met. Highlights: 1. Manage spare parts quotations and orders, ensuring timely delivery. 2. Collaborate with supply chain and technical teams for seamless service. 3. Proactive role in demand planning and organizing maintenance kits. The Spare Parts Analyst (SPA) is responsible for managing quotations and orders for spare parts, including requests, returns, delivery timelines, and order status. The SPA works closely with customer service and technical support teams, serving as a key point of contact to ensure that spare parts needs are met throughout the customer journey. In addition, the SPA maintains constant communication with the internal supply chain regarding deadlines, delays, and potential risks to service levels. The SPA also organizes spare parts kits for planned maintenance activities, collaborating with field service planning and procurement teams to ensure availability and demand forecasting accuracy. When necessary, the SPA escalates technical inquiries to specialized support and follows up to ensure prompt resolution. **Main Tasks** * Receive and process spare parts requests, being quotations, orders, return requests, delivery and price inquiries, from customers or internal organization * Follow all parts requests through to their completion * Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations * Communicate with supply chain on availability, delivery dates or other important matters related to spare parts delivery * Escalate and resolve compromised service levels or customer expectations related to spare parts issues * Provide information as required for spare parts forecasting and demand planning * Plan and prepare spare parts packages for planned maintenance activities * Be empathetic and work as an advocate for customers * Ensure customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently * Communicate regularly with other individuals/departments within the organization * Other duties assigned due to the need of the business **Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar areas preferred * Experience with spare parts, logistics, or supply chain processes * ERP system experience (JDE, TOTVS, SAP, etc) * Strong communication and follow\-up skills * Ability to work under tight deadlines * Basic to Intermediate English skills (written and verbal) * Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency * Proactive and organized * Teamwork oriented * Attentive to details **Nice to Have:** * Experience in a service or industrial environment * Demand planning or forecasting knowledge * Experience in a global or multicultural organization * CRM system experience (Saleforce, ServiceMax) \#LI\-DG1
