Position Summary: We are seeking an ERP Leader for SelectShop, who will serve as the technical and functional reference for the enterprise platform, leading upgrade, migration, and support projects. Serve as the technical and functional reference for the enterprise platform At **SelectShop**, we are a corporate group comprising multiple distributors and importers of products, present across **e-commerce and wholesale sales** channels. We focus on delivering competitive, high-quality solutions, driven by a robust logistics operation and continuous growth in the digital environment. We require: **ERP Leader (Projects and Continuous Improvement)** **Purpose**: You will be the technical and functional reference for our enterprise platform. Your objective is to ensure the ERP serves business needs, leading upgrade, migration, and support projects while coordinating both external consultants and key users. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of active involvement in ERP management and implementation (e.g., SAP B1, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics, Intelisis, etc.). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of business processes (accounting, supply chain, sales). * **Soft Skills:** Effective communication (fluency in both "business" and "technical" language), organizational ability, and project leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Management:** Lead ERP system implementations, enhancements, and migrations (requirements analysis, testing, and production deployment). * **Business Liaison:** Translate departmental needs (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics) into functional solutions within the system. * **Supervision and Support:** Administer key modules and ensure data availability and security. * **Vendor Management:** Coordinate with external consulting firms to guarantee timely and proper delivery. * **Training:** Document processes and train "Key Users" to maximize system utilization. **Conditions and Benefits** * Location: Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo (Near Polanco / Chapultepec Metro stations). * Schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends off. * Compensation: Between $35,000 to $40,000 MXN Gross Monthly. * Employment Scheme: 100% payroll. * Benefits: Statutory benefits \+ Punctuality and attendance bonus. **Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel.** **Join our team and become the technological engine behind our sales!** *Apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV.* Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Is the salary within your economic expectations?
