KPI monitoring and corrective actions **Job Description:** **Education:** Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. **General Objective:** Establish verification procedures and criteria in accordance with Engineering and Quality standards, and define quality indicators for manufacturing processes. **Knowledge and Experience:** * 3–5 years of quality experience * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Decision-making * Self-direction * Problem-solving methodologies (8D, FTA, Ishikawa) * Extensive experience in KPI monitoring and corrective actions * Personnel management, drawing interpretation, and GD\&T **Responsibilities:** * Foster effective teamwork, communication, and proactivity across the organization * Coordinate audits with technical staff and ensure their effectiveness to prevent customer complaints * Conduct GR\&R studies, CPK analysis, and SPC * Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) of quality issues in QB and/or MP
