




Job Summary: Responsible for auditing, testing, and inspecting raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products using inspection instructions, engineering drawings, and measurement tools. Key Highlights: 1. Use of SAP for material location and inspection plans. 2. Conducts visual, mechanical, and functional inspections. 3. Prepares inspection and audit reports. Overview: Responsible for auditing, testing, and inspecting raw materials, sub\-assemblies, and finished products. Responsibilities: * Understands and applies inspection, test, and inspection plan instructions; process instructions; engineering drawings; etc. * Uses SAP for bill of materials, engineering drawings, material location, inspection plans, etc. * Conducts visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products per applicable instructions. * Performs process audits (documentation, packaging, ESD, equipment, tools, materials, methods, parameters, open parts, etc.). * Understands and applies sampling plans. * Uses measurement and test instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ohmmeters, rulers, etc. * Prepares reports and completes records for inspections, audits, and other activities. * Creates and updates work instructions, test instructions, etc., under the supervision of the Quality Engineer. * Performs other duties as required.
