We currently have an opening for: PAYROLL ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide operational and administrative support to the payroll department, ensuring accurate processing of payroll incidents, document control, and timely execution of activities related to salary payments and compliance with labor obligations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Capture and validate payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, medical leaves, vacations, permissions, etc.). Assist in preliminary payroll calculations under supervision of the specialist. Compile and update employee databases (hires, terminations, and modifications). Assist in generating payroll reports and payment controls. Review and archive physical and/or digital payroll receipts. Follow up on payroll receipt signatures. Assist in payroll disbursement (bank layout uploads, pre-validations). Manage payroll-related files (contracts, personnel movements, incidents). Address basic employee inquiries regarding payments and escalate to the specialist when necessary. Assist in fulfilling obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT (submission of personnel movements, generation of reports). Validate time clock or attendance system data. Assist in internal audits or reviews related to payroll. Maintain confidentiality of all handled information.
