Develop essential skills in a dynamic environment **Position Summary** The intern will participate in tasks within the Human Resources department for a period of 3 to 6 months. This position is designed to provide practical experience, professional development, and exposure to various areas of the business. Interns will work closely with team members and supervisors to contribute to projects, gain valuable knowledge, and develop essential skills. **Job Status** * Part\-time (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) * Financial support provided * Reports to: Human Resources Manager * Location: Mexicali, Baja California * Company: Gowan Servicios **Role Responsabilities:** * Assist with the management of employees' digital files. * Scan and upload file documentation into the ADP system. * Support training registration in the SIRCE portal. * Compile the training course registration folder. * Record activity evidence to support compliance with NOM\-035\. * Provide support for Human Resources activities and initiatives. **Education:** * Current undergraduate student in Business Administration or a related field. **Experience / Skills / Abilities:** * Proactive attitude * Willingness to learn * Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment **Job Expectations / Working Conditions:** * Office\-based work, 5 hours at a desk in front of a computer.
