Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serve as coordinator and single point of contact among designers, construction contractors, project management office, terminal operations, maintenance and security departments, and relevant authorities to facilitate compliance with permit requirements. * Promote the expeditious execution of construction works for Phase 4 and Phase 3b of the CMSA Manzanillo Container Terminal Expansion Project. * This position requires the candidate to reside in Manzanillo or have the availability to relocate on-site. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: * Civil Engineer or Architect with \+ 4 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or education.
