Job Summary: Maintenance Manager for Mechanical Workshop, responsible for directing and supervising vehicle fleet operations, maintenance, spare parts control, and operator training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Directs and supervises maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet. 2. Controls the usage and purchase of spare parts, diesel, gasoline, and tires. 3. Promotes continuous growth and training of operators. Salary: 31,000.00 (MXN) - 32,000.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: PREFABRICADOS IS HIRING **MAINTENANCE MANAGER – MECHANICAL WORKSHOP** REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: SPARE PARTS FOR DIESEL MECHANICS. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct and supervise activities related to the vehicle fleet, including: - Repairs and preventive maintenance performed by internal and external mechanical workshops - Control and usage of spare parts - Purchase of spare parts - Control and efficiency monitoring of diesel and gasoline - Control and tracking of vehicle inspections - Tire management - Purchasing and quotation of various spare parts for: forklifts, diesel engines, and gasoline engines - Direct roadside assistance and traffic accident response - Maintain a fleet of 110 vehicles in good condition, including forklifts and diesel and gasoline units - Promote continuous growth and training of operators. EDUCATION: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MINIMUM VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS IN SIMILAR ROLES. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree Years of experience Age: between 32 and 56 years Knowledge: Equipment management, Decision-making, Procurement, Operations management, Preventive maintenance, Mechanics, Diesel mechanics, Repairs, Supervision, Personnel supervision, Workshops Driver’s license: A Willingness to travel: Yes
