Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for mining projects who ensures efficient use of resources to maximize profitability and improve the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in resource optimization and improvement of the work environment 2. Personnel management and project administration in mining 3. Problem-solving skills and internal customer service A leading exploration company is looking for talent to work on mining projects to perform the following FUNCTIONS: 1\- Daily report entry. 2\- Daily personnel review. 3\- Daily review of tasks assigned to personnel under your supervision. 4\- Daily entry of project attendance lists. 5\- Daily review of camp cleanliness. 6\- Physical inventory of the project. 7\- Preparation of weekly project expense reports. The requirements you must meet to apply are: * Knowledge of administration and personnel management. * Experience in housekeeping. * Proficiency in cause-and-effect problem detection techniques. * Problem resolution. * Internal customer service. Availability to work directly on-site (mine) on a 30x15 or 20x10 schedule. **Job Objective.** Ensure efficient use of the resources entrusted to you by the company, with the goal of maximizing profitability and improving the work environment.
