Personalized client advisory **REAL ESTATE ADVISOR** We are looking for talent eager to grow in the real estate sector and join a dynamic, results-oriented team. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** You will be responsible for driving the achievement of commercial objectives by providing personalized advisory to our clients on various financing schemes, always delivering an exceptional experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** Ages 25 to 45 Excellent personal presentation. Minimum 2 years of experience in premium real estate sales (horizontal and/or vertical). Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Outstanding service attitude and customer focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Flexible availability. Social media proficiency. **KNOWLEDGE:** Prospecting and acquiring clients through digital and traditional channels. Continuously following up with prospects until sale closure. Accompanying clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to signing. Meeting commercial process KPIs and milestones. **WE OFFER:** Commissions at 1.8% Social media support. Shift coverage and leads provided by the company.
