Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to train and provide user support for the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record in Nuevo León. Key Points: 1. Collaborate in the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record 2. Interest in tracking and resolving questions regarding the medical system 3. Direct on-site support at medical units and resolution of functional questions We are looking for a talented and passionate professional to deliver **User Training and Support**, with the objective of collaborating in the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record across medical units located in the state of Nuevo León. The ideal candidate will demonstrate interest in tracking and resolving questions related to the usage and functionality of the deployed medical system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical high school diploma, incomplete undergraduate degree, or bachelor’s degree. * Basic computer skills. * Stress and frustration tolerance. * Flexibility to work variable shifts. * Daily interaction with users of highly diverse profiles. * Availability for 24/7 scheduling (variable shifts, weekends, or night shifts as required). * Willingness to travel within the state of Nuevo León. * Interest in and availability to learn the system to be implemented. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN:** * User support, training, and/or user assistance. * Minimum one year of experience in similar roles, including training (on any system, ERP, or application) and user support. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide direct on-site support at medical units during adoption and use of the Electronic Medical Record. * Resolve users’ functional questions on-site. * Assist with basic equipment configuration and access setup. * Accompany system usage during actual patient consultations. * Document incident reports, frequently asked questions, and areas for improvement. * Deliver training on highly specific and repetitive functionalities. **SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCIES:** * Patience and empathy. * Clear and simple communication. * High stress tolerance. * Service-oriented attitude. * High level of responsibility and adaptability. * Experience working under pressure. * Stress tolerance. * Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive. **If you meet the requirements, please send us your CV and we will contact you!
