Job Objective: Record company disbursements in the accounting system (Compaq) to generate aging reports of balances for each supplier and/or creditor. Main Responsibilities: Download CFDIs received from the SAT portal. Record and accountably associate warehouse and store purchases. Record and accountably associate warehouse and store expenses, including petty cash and travel allowances. Record bank commissions for each account. Enter supplier and/or creditor bank payments into the banking portal. Reconcile Compaq’s accounts payable ledger versus outstanding invoices. Record and accountably associate payments to warehouse suppliers and/or creditors. Digitally submit information to Corporate Treasury to release bank payments. Archive accounting vouchers. Request payment complements from suppliers and/or creditors. Prepare working papers to review and compare store expenses. Request credit notes when required. Request documentation for onboarding and/or updating suppliers and/or creditors, as needed. Prepare any reports required for this position.
