




Job Summary: Supervise and manage daily tailoring and alteration operations, including staff supervision, work quality control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily production and distribution of tailoring tasks. 2. Advise and serve customers to ensure their satisfaction with alterations. 3. Train staff and ensure quality in alterations. 1. Conduct daily inspections of the Alterations and Tailoring area to supervise staff punctuality and attendance, thereby organizing daily production. 2. Categorize garments for alterations into Type 1 (e.g., taking in/letting out waist, replacing zippers, reattaching buttons) and Type 2 (e.g., raising neckline, adjusting torso fit, lengthening/shortening jacket, shortening/lengthening sleeves, taking in/letting out waist, adjusting shoulders, raising back, narrowing/widening trousers), then assign them equally among operators while supervising quality, productivity, and delivery timelines. 3. Serve customers requiring Alteration and Tailoring services—take measurements, mark garments—to advise them and ensure satisfaction with their alterations. 4. Supervise daily cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and materials to ensure correct garment alteration processes. 5. Perform complex alterations requiring expert review, and train operators and dressmakers as needed. 6. Track and maintain continuity of alteration order statuses via the SAP system by reviewing performance indicator reports to avoid delays in promised customer delivery times. 7.
