Job Summary: A Weight Verifier who travels to farms to perform poultry weighing, develop weight projections, and generate reports for technical monitoring and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts field activities and monitors poultry development. 2. Identifies and reports production deviations on farms. 3. Every day, we give our best to nourish Mexico with quality, innovation, and passion. **Here, ideas grow, people inspire, and work leaves a lasting impact.** **Join the Pride of Nourishing an Entire Country!** We are seeking: **Weight Verifier.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Travel to assigned farms to conduct field activities. * Perform weighing in designated pens, evaluating 35 to 45 birds per pen. * Conduct three weighings per flock (including sale weighing) to monitor bird development. * Develop flock weight projections based on obtained results. * Identify and report deviations related to sexing errors, callus presence, and scratches. * Generate weekly productive monitoring reports for technical monitoring and decision-making. **Job Requirements:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Prior experience in poultry farms or broiler management is desirable. * Basic knowledge of weighing and control of production parameters. * Handling and restraint of broilers. * Field weighing procedures. * Basic interpretation of flock weight projections. * Identification of production deviations (sexing errors, callus, scratches). * Basic Excel skills and report generation. **We Offer:** * Superior benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Weekly payroll. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Mileage reimbursement for travel. * Life insurance and major medical expense coverage.
