Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in stores, supporting business operations and store image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. 2. Technical report management and coordination of store image changes. 3. Diagnosis and repair of equipment (refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines). Education: High school diploma / Technical degree Work Experience: 2 to 3 years Knowledge of tools, electricity, plumbing, and painting. Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain all equipment in working condition, including equipment in active stores and new store openings. Job Objectives Track and upload reports to the GIM system, resolving technical and store image issues effectively. Coordinate store image changes, layout modifications, and seasonal in-store programs. Diagnose, request, and repair equipment (refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines, hydro-pneumatic systems, equipment automation, etc.). Preventive and corrective maintenance of interior and exterior finishes. Management of payments to vendors related to maintenance activities. Request materials required for repairing failures and correcting anomalies identified in stores. Comply with the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule assigned by the Maintenance and Construction Manager in coordination with the Regional Manager. Support collection and transportation of merchandise supplies and accessories to the region.
