Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical or industrial technician for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, with knowledge of PLCs, electrical diagrams, and mechanics. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 2. Knowledge of PLCs, electrical diagrams, control panels, and servo motors 3. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics Requirements: * Electromechanical, industrial, or related technical degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Knowledge of PLCs, electrical diagrams, control panels, servo motors, and variable frequency drives * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Availability to rotate shifts (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.), 6-day workweek with 1 day off We Offer: * Base salary **$20,945 gross** * 10% **Punctuality bonus** * 10% **Attendance bonus** * Weekly **productivity bonus** * Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage) * Savings fund * Savings box (optional) * Quarterly **bonus** * Additional benefits discussed during the interview
