Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Technician Supervisor to verify task compliance, monitor staff performance, and ensure installation quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate the technical installation staff. 2. Ensure work quality and compliance with policies. 3. Lead technical teams in installation and support processes. Responsibilities: Verify that supervised personnel perform their duties in accordance with operational policies and guidelines. Monitor technicians (attendance, leave, absences, requests, incidents, etc.). Understand and supervise the application of Installation and Trouble Call (TC) processes, while validating work quality. Ensure technical staff have appropriate tools and use full safety equipment. Verify that improper practices are not performed and address complaints. Supervise compliance with guidelines by external companies. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in office software. Knowledge of Installation and/or Trouble Call processes and policies. Basic knowledge of FTTH, HFC, and Fiber Deep architectures, and fundamentals of DOCSIS, DVB-C, VOD, streaming, IP, and Wi-Fi. Standard vehicle and valid driver's license.
