General Requirements: Education: High school diploma (minimum). Age: 28 years or older. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service and administrative roles within corporate environments, banks, hospitals, clinics, etc., with PROVEN EMPLOYMENT STABILITY. EXCELLENT EXECUTIVE PRESENCE IS MANDATORY. Essential Requirements: MANDATORY availability to work commercial plaza hours (Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off, from 10:50 AM to 8:00 PM). MANDATORY availability to attend a paid training program in Polanco lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday to Saturday. Documentation: Tax Status Certificate. Verifiable Experience: Employment references will be contacted. Knowledge and Skills: Organization and multitasking ability—scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and documentation without compromising service quality. Customer service protocols and customer experience best practices for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients during their visit. Audiology products and services—basic knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, and fitting processes. (Training provided prior to start) What Will You Do Daily? Attend to patients and visitors—receive, guide, and provide clear information about products and services. Ensure a positive branch experience—monitor that the environment is welcoming, resolve inquiries, and proactively address customer needs. Support hearing aid fitting—assist specialists in preparing devices and explain basic care instructions to patients. · Work Location: Inside Parque Vía Vallejo · What Do We Offer?
