




Job Summary: We are seeking a Machinery and Transportation Equipment Salesperson to conduct consultative sales, prospecting, and client follow-up in the region, ensuring achievement of sales quotas. Product training and growth opportunities MACHINERY AND TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT SALES PERSON Region: Puebla and Tlaxcala | 2 positions available COMPENSATION PACKAGE - Guaranteed monthly salary: $12,000 MXN - Attractive performance-based commissions - Statutory benefits YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consultative sales of Shantui equipment (heavy machinery) and Howo equipment (transportation) in the Puebla-Tlaxcala region - Prospecting and developing a customer portfolio within construction, mining, transportation, and logistics sectors - End-to-end client follow-up—from initial visit through closing and after-sales support - Achievement of monthly sales quotas CANDIDATE PROFILE - Minimum 2 years’ experience selling heavy machinery, transportation equipment, construction equipment, or industrial equipment - Existing customer portfolio in the region (preferred) - Valid driver’s license - Availability for field visits in Puebla and Tlaxcala - Strong negotiation and sales closing skills WE OFFER - Immediate onboarding - Product training on Shantui and Howo equipment - Work tools - Excellent work environment and growth opportunities . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 59 years Knowledge: Advisory capability, Customer portfolio, Machinery, Heavy machinery, Prospecting, Transportation, Sales, Technical sales Driver’s licenses: B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: advisor, asesor, middleman
